These terms apply to your use of the Pixel Worlds Gemstone Calculator (“this site”), a free fan-made tool operated by Mahdi AL Komaiha. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
This site provides a calculator that converts quantities of Pixel Worlds gemstones into their value in gems, along with written guides about how that conversion works. It is provided free of charge. There is no account, no subscription and no purchase.
This is an independent fan project. It is not an official Pixel Worlds service. See our Disclaimer for the full statement on this point.
2. Accuracy of game data
The gemstone values used by this calculator are drawn from the game and from community sources. Game developers change their games. Values can be adjusted in an update, and a value that was correct when we last checked may not be correct today.
We publish a “last verified” date alongside any figure that depends on the game’s economy so that you can judge for yourself how current it is. We make no promise that the figures are correct, complete or up to date. Always confirm important numbers in the game itself before you act on them.
3. The site is provided “as is”
This site is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks the Pixel Worlds terms of service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host, or any connected system;
- interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated scraping at a rate that degrades it for others;
- copy the site’s written content wholesale and republish it as your own;
- misrepresent the site as an official Pixel Worlds product or as being endorsed by its owners.
Nothing on this site describes, encourages or enables cheating, exploits, account trading, or any other breach of the Pixel Worlds rules. The calculator does nothing more than arithmetic on numbers you type in.
5. Intellectual property
The written guides, the calculator code, the layout and the design of this site are the work of the site operator.
Pixel Worlds, its name, its logos, its artwork and all related assets are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify and describe the game for the benefit of its players. No ownership of them is claimed. If you are a rights holder and you would like something removed, email mahdikomaiha@gmail.com and we will act on it.
6. Advertising and third-party links
This site carries third-party advertising and links to external sites. We do not control and do not endorse the content of advertisements or of any site we link to, and we are not responsible for them. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. How advertising affects your privacy is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any loss or damage — including any loss of in-game items, currency, progress or opportunity — arising from your use of this site or from reliance on any figure it produces. The site is a convenience, not an authority.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Availability and changes
This is a hobby project. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time and without notice, and we may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
